| Re: Pixie Chicks-Mon.9/9 I didn't go crazy, but I did overindulge at my mom's party yesterday. I am debating whether I should get on the scale today or just wait until next Monday when we get back from WDW.

| Re: Pixie Chicks-Mon.9/9 Hi everyone
The Christening went better than expected and I managed to get out without pigging out. There were lots of temptations - baked ziti, meatballs, sausage and peppers, chicken cutlet parmigiana and I had a little taste of everything without overindulging. Got up early this am and did 70 minutes of yoga so I'm feeling good today!
Positive vibes to all! |

| Re: Pixie Chicks-Mon.9/9 Well, I finally lost 1 lb. I know its not much, but I'm hoping it's the jump start I needed to motivate myself to lose more. I'm trying to lose at least 5 lbs before my prenatal class gets together with our babies for dinner next month. Just a small goal, but one I think I can accomplish.
Hope you're all doing well. |

| Re: Pixie Chicks-Mon.9/9 I decided to bite the bullet and get on the scale. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had remained the same, no loss but no gain.
Now, if I can get through my trip to Disney this week, I will be temptation free until at least Halloween. |

I have been drinking tons of water and watching what I eat. (Lots of veggies, no chocolate ). I have to exercise more but I have started walking to get the mail and the paper, and doing vigorous chores (painted Saturday).
It's a start!!

| Re: Pixie Chicks-Mon.9/9 Hi all! Congratulations to those who've dropped more weight. Way to go, you guys!
Jeannie, I have to say: 70 minutes of yoga?! Wow. Excellent!
Assuming I don't fall to temptation any more tonight, I've now had 6 days in a row on points ... which I really needed, because the week before that was awful! LOL
One week to my next weigh-in. |
