Pixie Chicks-Thur.9/26 Good Morning Everyone!! Sue, don't worry about gaining weight on your trip. I usually eat very little fat and sugar, but on our trip last week I was eating just about what ever I wanted! I didn't eat any goodies in the parks at all though, only a Dole Whip one day. I did eat some of the desserts from the concierge lounge just about every night! I would usually try to eat a good breakfast at the lounge of fruit and raisin bran cereal with skim milk, but the rest of the day for lunch and dinner I pretty much ate what I wanted. You will be walking so much that you'll burn off what you take in. Margo, I now have a new incentive for loosing even more weight too...we're going on a 7 day Eastern Caribbean Cruise next year! I'm going to try to loose another 20 pounds, even though I am very happy with where I am now, that would put me at the lowest I should weigh for my height and build. So I'm gonna give it a try. It's gonna be a lot harder than the previous 56 pounds, but I'll just take it one pound at a time. Have a good one everybody!

Re: Pixie Chicks-Thur.9/26 We've got a pretty active schedule planned, so I hope to walk off the Mickey Bars and Dole Whips (no choices here, I'll take both. lol) And we're doing a few buffets, so I can stick with lighter choices (fruit, salad, etc.) And I was told that the ship has a deck that has a track on it, so I can walk there, too. Yesterday was much healthier than the day before...one slice of pizza for lunch (200 calories) and a tuna sandwich on light bread and salad for dinner. And lots of water!!! Sue

Re: Pixie Chicks-Thur.9/26 Hi! Just checking in. I haven't weighed myself for over a week, but judging from the way my clothes fit, I'm still ok. Yesterday, I really wasn't hungry so it was very easy to stay within my points (why can't I have more days like that?) This weekend will be a challenge. We are flying to Saskatchewan tomorrow morning for my brother's wedding. And we are invited to the rehearsal supper at a very fancy steak restaurant. Ah well, this is the last time he's getting married (I'm sure she's "the one") so I think I may indulge just a little and hope that my new job will help me work off any extra calories I may have consumed.
