6/26/03 Dinner... Just had to brag about the fresh bacon wrapped scallops we had for dinner with a nice garden salad. Our DEAR, DARLING, WONDNERFUL son Shawn (commercial scalloper) brought us fresh scallops that he dredged up and opened yesterday. (wish he would do this more often ... mom & dad love them! ) Am always glad to see him come back into port (not for the seafood) as I worry about him when out at sea...

Re: 6/26/03 Dinner... I'm going to stop reading these dinner posts, because everyone else's always sounds better than mine ! We just had baked fish, glazed carrots and buttered noodles. It always amazes me that the kids actually eat fish, I never liked it until recently!

Re: 6/26/03 Dinner... Jason and I made a meat sauce for rigatoni. That's what everyone else had. My stomach is not back to normal yet, so I had a cold cut sandwich. The tomato started my cramps again when I tasted it.

Re: 6/26/03 Dinner... Just returned from Quaker Steak and Lube. Their wings rock! Took my Office Manager out for dinner to thank her for everything she's done these past four years. She loves wings and have never been to this great place. She almost died and went to heaven. Her cajun wings were bringing tears to her eyes! We had wings (medium, hot and cajun), salad, A Bucket of Bolts (spring fries, fried ravioli, onion rings, fried cauliflower and zucchini) and were stuffed...but brought home lots of leftovers!

Re: 6/26/03 Dinner... While we eere having our usual conversation, "What's for dinner?", "I don't know, what do you want?", "I don't know, what do you want?", our friends called and said they were on their way to Chili's and did we want to come? Saved!!! My food was terrible but at least I didn't have to cook it.
