Re: Pixie Chicks-3/19/04

Just back from a good workout at the gym. Here today we woke up to a nice heavy wet dusting of the wet stuff which since left (yes, I am a snow nut)

Was wondering if any of you have tried "Soy Crisps" by Glenny's? They are low in fat and a 1.3 oz bag (2 servings) is only 2 pts if doing WW's. I just bought the low fat lightly salted crisps = (per serving is 70 Cal, 1 fat, 1.5 fiber).

Would have never tried these if a fellow co-worker didn't keep insisting. Now I don't feel so neglected when it comes to chips

FANTASTIC Jen! Have you done other gyms before attending Curves? Have heard some good stories coming from those who attend Curves.

You also have a safe and nice weekend

Re: Pixie Chicks-3/19/04

Congratulations, Jen! Keep up the good work!

I've been pretty discouraged with my scale, however I haven't been working hard enough to feel like I deserve to be down much weight anyway. But that's changing. I really want to buy some new clothes, so today I had a 2 mile uphill hike on my treadmill. I've nearly finished drinking my allotted water for the day. I can't wait for the weather to turn around so I can get outside and do my exercising!
