Pixie Chicks 3/24/04 Hi guys! How is everyone doing? I have been extremely busy the last week or so, and I haven't been writing down all that I've eaten. But I have tried to be very careful about what I do eat and I've tried to walk every day. This morning I was down 6 pounds total, so I am starting to see some results. I'm going out of town next week, so it will take some major will power not to overeat at restaurants! Hope everyone is having a good day! Keep up the good work! It will pay off in the long run (or so I keep telling myself)!

Re: Pixie Chicks 3/24/04 WTG on the 6 pounds and being able to see the results, Michelle! I've been working pretty hard at this weight loss thing this week. Now if I could only put a couple of weeks together in a row, instead of eat right & exercise one week and then eat poorly and sit on my rear for the next week. I'm down a grand total of 8 pounds since Christmas, which is alright, but I was really hoping it would be closer to 15 pounds by now. I guess as long as the scale's headed in the right direction.... I think I'm getting more seriously motivated now since summer's coming and I don't want to walk around wearing long pants because my legs are so fat that I'm embarrassed to wear shorts.

Re: Pixie Chicks 3/24/04 You both are doing fantastic! I guess I should be happy with the 2/10th increase for all that was shoved into my mouth! Am going to try to divert my stress into someting more productive than bending the elbow . Keep up the good work!

Re: Pixie Chicks 3/24/04 Way to go everybody!! ![]() I haven't stepped on the scales yet, on purpose cause they frustrate me so much. I'm just going by the way my jeans fit, and the other day I dug a pair out of the closet that I haven't worn since right after loosing my 56 pounds and they fit! I could actually button and zip them without having to lay on the bed! ![]() Keep up the great work everybody!!
