Pixie Chicks - 4/21/04 Hi guys! How is everyone doing? Sounds like a lot of folks are getting ready for swimsuit season! ![]() I am happy today because I finally lost another pound. I have lost 8 pounds total since 3/1. That doesn't seem like a lot for that amount of time, but it is better than nothing. I read that some of the pixie chicks are doing some major losing - that is great! I'm trying to get the pool water warmed up so I can start doing some laps for my flabby arms! ![]() Keep up the good work guys!! And somebody hurry up and hide those Shrek m & m's! ![]()

Re: Pixie Chicks - 4/21/04 Hello ![]() I am feeling a little sore today from my weight lifting attempts yesterday, but it feels good knowing it did something. Today I plan to turn up the music and clean the house while dancing and hopping around.

Re: Pixie Chicks - 4/21/04 I keep trying. I do really well all day, and then about 8 p.m., everything falls apart. I can't wait for it to be lighter and nicer outside after 8:00. Then I'll go outside for a walk rather than sit on the couch munching. ![]() I am losing weight, it's just coming off soooooo slllloooowwwwllly. I'm down about 11 pounds since Christmas, which sounds good enough, but I was down nearly 10 pounds at the end of March, so I've only lost 1 pound in the last 3 weeks. Rearranging the time of day when I ate my carbs seemed to help, but I kind of let that slip somehow. So I think I'll have to get back to that. Shorts season is coming!

Re: Pixie Chicks - 4/21/04 Congrats to everyone that's losing I worked out for an hour yesterday. I did a ton of weight lifting. Even my forearms are sore. I love it. My abs must be used the crunches already - they aren't sore at all today.
