I was just listening to Z100 and Nigel Lithgow was on. He was talking about the results tonight, and he said that someone very well-liked was going home. He said this person had a ton of fans, and was an all-around great person... almost everyone in the staff and production crew loved them. He also said that it made him, "sick to his stomach that this person is going home." [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] Who do you think it could be?! I'm thinking Ace, just because it's his time to go home, and Simon always says he's a nice guy. If not Ace maybe... Mandisa?? I just hope it's not Taylor, Elliot, or Chris!

He also said that they're still trying to talk Prince into participting next week. Prince doesn't want to help the contestants out on Tuesday night, he hates the show, but his people want him to sing on Wednesday, to promote his album. Who knows what'll happen, but I can't wait to see!

My guess is that Kellie Pickler is going buh-bye. Her shtick has worn out it's welcome, and her butchering of Reba's "Fancy", a country song (her supposed milieu), last night may have been the last straw for the Idol voters.

Have you guys heard of DialIdol? I guess it's a software program that will let you "powervote" for different contestants. Last week they predicted the Bottom 3 exactly, and they have an 80% success rate in picking who's out based on percent busy signals. Their bottom three is Paris, Mandisa, and Elliot, with Mandisa getting the boot. I don't think it's Ace. There's still a lot of 30-something geeks like me who get all gooshy inside when he sings. They actually haven't gotten the bottom 3 right yet [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/082502no_prv.gif[/img] Last week they had Katherine, Ace, and Bucky as the bottom 3, with Katherine going home. Lisa wasn't even in the bottom 3, and she was the one sent home. For some reason Elliot's been in the bottom 3 on Dialidol.com every week, and he's yet to be in the bottom 3. I REALLY hope it's not him, I think he has the best voice in the competition!

I would take what Nigel Lythgoe says with a grain of salt......I mean maybe he is just trying to stir up some ratings by letting something "juicy" out. true or not......it just might be a ratings grabber. After all aren't they all pretty much well liked just by different people???? jmho
