Britney Does it Again!

Oops... She Did It Again!

Yesterday, Britney Spears was too busy balancing her drink to balance her baby. She did it again!

I can't imagine raising a child and having the media see every little mistake you make as a parent - because there WILL be many. It's not like she tripped on purpose!

Re: Britney Does it Again!

They were just saying it was the fact that she saved her drink before her baby that was off. And that she screamed, "That's why I need a gun!" afterwards. She's a nut

Re: Britney Does it Again!

I'm certainly not a perfect mother, I tripped carrying youngest DD into daycare one morning and fell with her in my arms. The thing is, I dropped everything else in order to cradle her so that she wouldn't get hurt without any regard for my own safety. That's just what you do as a mother .

Britney obviously seemed more concerned about her glass than her baby, otherwise that glass would be shattered and she'd be holding little Sean with both arms. She is way too immature to have even one child, never mind the second she's going to have soon. I feel sorry for those babies. And as for her comment; She created this life for herself in the spotlight, she needs to deal with it in a mature way instead of threatening violence. What kind of example does that set?

Re: Britney Does it Again!

I can't criticized her. I tripped and fell down the steps last year holding Danny. Luckily I didn't drop him as we fell, and he wasn't hurt (pretty scared though)-- I fractured my foot though (just a stress fracture though)

I'm with you guys-- I thank God every day there aren't cameras on me-- I'm sure they'd be ALOT to criticize.

Although, holding the baby in her lap in the car is a different story.

As someone mentioned, I can't imagine the media watching every move. But she's young herself and needs to grow some.

Re: Britney Does it Again!

I don't think tripping is putting the baby in a dangerous situation-- it happens. The car thing yes-- but if we're talking about the tripping-- it happens to the best of us.

Re: Britney Does it Again!

First of all we all trip but if I were pregnant and carrying a baby I think I would chose a better shoe. Also from what I could tell from the photo it was a plastic cup she was holding it wasn't glass. She is a young mother and she has alot of learning to do. Although some of you might not admit it I am sure you have done things with your children you might not be proud of. The difference is that every camera in the world is not on you.

Re: Britney Does it Again!

What did she mean by the gun comment? What would she have used the gun for? Did she trip because of the paparazzi?

Re: Britney Does it Again!

I just wonder about her sometimes. I am sure she is overwhelmed by the cameras and papparazzi, but your child's safety comes first. I cringed when I saw Preston hunched over in a forward facing car seat. I am a big fanatic when it comes to kids being buckled in properly.

That's exactly my point as well, she acts irresponsibly when it comes to the safety of her child. I don't know a single mother who isn't aware that children under the age of one should be rear facing in their carseat. My pediatrician reminds me of it at every appointment even though this is my second child. Improperly restrained children are a huge pet peeve of mine as well.

Britney would have done the same thing had the cameras not been present, we just wouldn't have found out about it. The girl needs to grow up and behave as a responsible parent.
