Freaks and Geeks

Hello! Any children/ teens of the eighties ever watch Freaks and Geeks. They just put out the disc at the video store. It is such a great show and unfortunately didn't last long. (only 18 episodes) It was first shown in 1999. It's just as great watching it again as it was then.

Thanks! It is great. It's fun to have my kids watch some of my old shows. I'm glad I came across the Library. I love to talk about books, movies and tv!

DH and I really love the show. We were sorry to see it cancelled after only one season. Too many good shows get cancelled so quickly - American Dreams, Arrested Development just to name a few.

I recommend this show to anyone!

Re: Freaks and Geeks

We have been renting them from Hollywood Video (I know it is a chain, but I'm not sure where else they are). Unfortunately we are on Disc 5 and there are only 6! It is so funny and realistic. It really is too bad that there aren't a lot of good shows on anymore. I hope you find them.

I loved the kid on that show. I think after F&G, he was on The Geena Davis Show-- he was hysterical. We watched it for him.
