I can't imagine the pressure, even though I don't really care for her. How long does the filming last and what do they do in a situation like that???

I couldn't believe she hadn't told her husband yet!! She wasn't too far along so she should be done filming before she's too far along. I wonder what will happen if she makes it to the final 3. I think that would go on a bit longer. I think she was probably joking about the "pile". She seems like she may be the type to deal with nerves that way.

I think her comment about throwing the new one on the pile with the others was funny. I guess with 5 kids a sense of humor is essential. She will be fine. Honestly from how she acts it seems like she takes stress really well. Also having to deal with Project Runway is probably alot less stressful then dealing with 5 kids! Unless she has complications I am sure she will be fine. Like doctors say pregnancy is a condition not an illness.

I think she was alittle cold in the way she announced it...especially with her mom. Maybe they don't have the great a relationship. Also does it really matter that she had not told her husband yet...it wasn't like he found out when the show aired.

Oh, I understand that she may deal with stress like that...I probably say things like that all the time! After 5 kids, I'm not sure announcing a pregnancy would be much of an event. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] For some really fertile people, it's probably not a big deal. My gram was like that - when you have 9 kids, what's one more? [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] I think you have to have the big family mentality. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I would make a big deal out of it, but I've only got the one child [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] and it's not yet a common occurence for my family. 6 pregnancies later - it would probably count as a somewhat common occurence. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I didn't think she was being cold or anything. I think she's just the mother of a small army and her point in saying she'd just throw it on the pile with the others was that it's not a red letter event for their family. OK, so I watched it last night and she looked further along than the 3 months she says she is to me. I think she looks better without that lipstick in her focus interviews, though, and even though I don't really like her, I felt sorry for her in the previews for next week...she really looked tired. I'm not a big fan of Jeffrey, but I did think he deserved to win last night. I am really happy to see Vincent gone, he gave me the creeps! I really like Kane, but I think Michael deserves to win!

I couldn't stand Laura in the beginning (She's an ARCHITECT! Did you know???? [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif[/img]) but she's kind of growing on me. She's actually pretty witty and her clothes don't suck. Well, except for last night. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Now that Allison and Robert are gone, I'm rooting for Michael. Again, disregard last night's disaster. I actually liked Jeffrey's couture gown a lot, but I still think he's a jerk.
