Brothers & Sisters

Pretty good premiere of this show last night. I really didn't expect the dad to die - I didn't think Tom Skeritt would have just signed on for one show!

Love Sally Field - although again, I was surprised to see her back on a television series. Never been a fan of Calista Flockhart, her eyes or something about her face bug me. All in all, a good show. I'll be watching again.

P.S. It was hard for me to think of the uncle as anything other than Julian on SATC when he calls Carrie over and he's standing there in his underwear!

Re: Brothers & Sisters

Only saw a couple of minutes of this and wasn't too impressed. This may end up being my "getting my stuff ready for work hour" so I can watch Without a Trace at 10 PM.

Someone tell me - exactly how much Botox does Calista have in her forehead???? In the scene where the guy proposes to her, her eyebrows kept moving but her forhead didn't at all!

Re: Brothers & Sisters

I could see getting hooked on this. I had a hard time keeping all of the brothers straight though. I'm not a big fan of Calista Flockhart either, but not enough that would make me not watch it.

Re: Brothers & Sisters

I loved Ally McBeal, so was a little disappointed that the show is so serious. and Calista finally looks a little older than 12. It was alright, and since Grey's/BL switched nights, I'll probably watch it again. When it rains it pours though- dead dad and messed up business to deal with all at once. I can't stand that bossy boyfriend, so I hope Calista dumps him next week.

Re: Brothers & Sisters

Tom Skeritt and Sally Field --- didn't they do a movie together with Julia Roberts?

Tom Skeritt's out of the picture already???? I like him and haven't seen him lately.

Calista Flockhart I can take or leave her.

I will give the show some additional time but I like Grey's on Sunday better!
