Watching Mulan...

Does anyone else cry a little at the end when the emperor bows, then everyone else does?

Gets me every time. Sniff.

I know I posted this in the Library last night. I'm moving it over there. Don't know how it ended up in the Backyard.

I have never seen Mulan.

I do cry during Lady & the Tramp when they put Lady outside and chain her to the dog house.

Yes! I do tear up! I just feel so much for her struggle to be recognized for who she truly is and not for what she is expected to be. Love Mulan!

I always get a little weepy in the last scene with her father. She is presenting him with all these 'honors' and he brushes them aside to embrace her.

Yes, Mulan has more than one tear jerking moment. I think it is a very underated movie. In fact, she is one of my favorite female characters.

Yes, I always cry watching Mulan! It is one of our favorites, and as my DD 8 pointed out, Mulan is one of only 2 Disney Females that has a live mother.....reason why Mulan is one of her favorites.

We noticed that too. Serenity LOVES there for a while when someone asked her name she would say 'Munon' her 3 yo pronunciation of Mulan.
