| The Voice of Harry Potter Can Keep a Secret This is interesting, and worth a read: The Voice of Harry Potter Can Keep a Secret Jim Dale is either one of the luckiest men in America or one of the most tortured. A little less than two months ago, Mr. Dale, the veteran Broadway actor turned voice of Harry Potter, finished recording the audio version of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” the seventh and final installment in the colossally successful series by J. K. Rowling. So that means that he knows how it ends. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/07/17/books/17dale.html

| I usually am not a fan of audio books as most are the "condensed" versions, but you CAN get the unabridged HP boxes and Jim Dale ( best known in the USA for his portrayal of PT Barnum in the Broadway musical "Barnum" co starring Glen Close) is fantastic! I found these when I was terribly ill a few years ago and couldn't even hold a book- his voices are incredible and you are not bored for even a minute. A big THUMBS UP on these Also, for fans of the author, Diana Gabaldon, the unabridged sets of her books are also read very, very well ( again, in these, the unabridged version is far superior it's shortened relative).
