I forgot one... it was by an old blues man who was playing an open mic night at a little blues club near Toledo, OH. He was an amazing piano player, but when his set was over it took him a good long while to stand up, shuffle to the back door, and open it. I got up to help him, but another man reached him before I did. And as I got close I heard him say...

"Life is good when you take your time."

and he laughed and laughed and laughed his way right out the door. I never saw him again, but I love that quote!
