| The Price is... indifferent.  I like Drew Carey, don't get me wrong. And today is the airing of his very first price is right episode, and i've only seen the first two contestants (because it just started). It just doesn't seem like he's being very natural, and he's going very, very fast. I miss Bob Barker, but he can't do it forever, and I totally understand why he retired, it's just going to be hard to get used to Drew. I see these games that bob would do so easliy, and it just seems like drew is struggling. I hope he gets better, because i like Drew. He just needs to practice more i guess. it'll get better...i hope.even though bob isn't on anymore, my goal in life is still to play plinko.

| I can't see him as the host of this one, and I too think Drew Carey is ok. (I love Plinko too! or that game with the Yodel man up the mountain!)

| He is struggling through this first episode, but I think as he gets used to the games he will get better. I really like his sense of humor.

| Right now he doesn't seem like he's part of the show. He just seems like he's filling in and doing the same job anyone else could do. He's going to have slow down a little when he talks. It seems like he's just rushing through everything. I really miss Bob! |

| I think he'll get better with time. Bob Barker's shoes are hard to fill. It's hard to get used to someone else hosting after so many years of Bob.

| I think it's so hard to fill the shoes of someone like Bob Barker, but hopefully in time, Drew can make the show his!

| I agree with all of you. You could tell it was his first show, but I liked him as the host more than I thought I would. I'm gonna keep watching to see how he does.

| I'll watch on Wed and let you know what I think! I like Drew, and I'm sure he'll do fine, but it's got to be tough for him to fill Bob's shoes!

| We thought Drew did a great job! There were a couple of times when he was talking really fast, but that didn't bother us. We loved how excited he was when people won!

| I saw a little of it today. He does talk a bit fast, but that's kind of been his style. I thought he did ok considering it was his first day.

| he did get better as the show went on. i do have hope for him yet! i still love the price is right and will continue to watch it between "that's life with robin swoboda" on fox cleveland channel 8 and "how it's made" on the discovery channel on mondays, wednesdays and fridays!! (i am a creature of habit!)
