| Guitar Hero III Who picked up GH3 yesterday? Have you played it yet? I'm about halfway through, DS8 is one level behind, and DS11 has completed 2 levels. It's a lot of fun, it's pretty much the same as the previous version, but there are "Boss Battles" where you have to defeat some famous guitar players (Tom Morello, Slash) in a head-to-head contest to advance.

| What, it's out already? All the circulars around here say it comes out tomorrow! Well, we're a tad behind anyway. We just got GH Rocks the 80's last Friday. The Boss Battles sound fun!! I am always amazed at what the kids can do on these games. Kylor can do expert on Freebird! I mean, come on! Once it gets into the 5 colors, I'm toast!!

| I will have it in my possession in 2 weeks . . . when DH gets home from Key West. In the mean time, I am trying to beat Rocks the 80's . . . but can't get past the middle of the medium level. ![]()

| We got ours in the mail yesterday. Tonight we beat the medium level - we skipped the easy level. Neither of us is in any hurry to move on to hard. Now that we've unlocked all the songs, we'll go back and try to get 5 stars on everything. As an Xbox 360 owner, I would to have some of those songs from Rock the '80s. Darn them for only making that for PS2! |

![]() Rumor has it that more songs will be downloadable via XBOX Live. I'm hoping the rumors are true.

| Just bought my copy today. I couldn't wait any longer. I've already kicked out the jams on the easy level. I did notice that this GH is definitely trickier, key and note-tempo-wise. There are different patterns and rhythms that are harder earlier on than normally. But I love the new songs on this GH!
