| Biggerst Loser workout DVD Has anyone else tried this? Let me be the first to say Its just like being on the show. One devil of a workout. DD and I started it last night.. we did the 5 minute warm up (almost died from that) Then tried the 20 min work out, nope I didnt finish without stopping. It has several of the past ppl on it, Eric, Bill, Julie, Holly, Pam, Neil. Its just like Bob is talking just too you. Havent even opened the DVD with Jillian on it-- Im too scared. Just from what we did last night---my butt is so sore, it hurts everytime I breath!!!! Its SOOOOO worth the money. DD got us gym memberships for Christmas, dang now I wish she had waited. This DVD is gonna do the trick if I dont end up in a full body cast first!! |

| That is funny that you ask - I was considering put a post on about the DVD's - I have both of them and have been doing them for 2 weeks now and LOVE them!!!! They do kick your butt - but they are good - just make sure you are doing it right - in the fact that the first time I put them (both!!!) in I was clicking on customizing your workout and ended up doing the entire DVD!!!!! Imagine how I felt after 3 days of doing that!!!! LOL!!!! I lost 3lbs in those 3 days without even dieting!!! But then I realized that I was suppose to click on "maximize your results" and they work you up to Level 2 and 3!!! I do have to say the power sculpt seems to be easier - but the cardio max is good too - I love Bob!!! Good luck!!! Maybe we should start a weigh in as a post - with the workouts!!!!????

| I don't have these, but I do have 'The Biggest Winner' DVD's with Jillian - they came out 2 years ago, I think. They are ridiculously hard!

| Where did you find this DVD? I picked up a Pilates DVD tonight at Target in hopes of getting tone for our spring trip to the World but I'd rather work out with Bob and Jillian! |

Are you doing both dvds now? As in same work out or do you alternate--one day cardio and next power sculpt? PM me sometime, and we can compare strained muscles!!!! update, alright I tried to do warm up and almost went into coma!!! Think the post idea is a good one. if nothing else well keep each other posted. c-ya |

| Hey! I got a question. I've been thinking of these dvd's for some time now. Do they require any equipment like a ball or anything? I don't have anything like that because of my lac kof space so that wouldn't work. |

| Got my DVD's at Best Buy - but have seen them everywhere - Walmart, Target, Borders, etc. You do need dumbells - but only if you want - the good thing about these - is you do what is best for you. And yes, I do alternate them, power sculpt one day, cardio the next - and I make sure that I take 2 days off during the week - usually not in a row - I space it out. I do think that the cardio is harder - and I am just now getting to the point where I can get through the push up into the up dog thing!!! After 2 full weeks - I am up to level 2 now!!! UUUGHHH.............the chriopractor is going to love me!!! My muscles are sore too - but that could be a good thing - I just keep looking at Julie in the video and rembering what she looks like now - and darn it I want to look like her now!!!! She looks great!!!

| I need more DVDs to add to my collection, and have been wondering if these were a good idea. I'll have to see if I can find the $$ in the budget for them.

| I just got the scuplt one. I am starting with the first 2 weeks which is pretty easy. But I skimmed through the other weeks when they keep adding on until you are doing all three sets. and WOW I can tell by just watching that by the end it will be a killer workout. I really want the cardio one. I have a set of boot camp like videos from Shape and they are killer workouts. I want more like that because the harder you work the faster you burn. I guess i need to add that cardio to my collection. |
