I love Star Wars. Yoda has his own special seat on the love seat in our living room! We went to the exhibit when it was at the museum here. It was great. Lucky for me the kids & DH are fans too! Have fun at the exhibit.

As a side note my DD who is 14 has a movie marathon planned for this Saturday, she and a group of girlfriends plan to watch all 6 movies. Not sure how well that will work out but we did pick up plenty of popcorn, jones soda, sour sticks and fun dips. The sugar alone should keep them going.

A question. Are they gonna watch the movies in the order made or they gonna watch the movies from the beginning to the end? My favorite movie is number 4 which was the first one made!!! I still have dreams about flying down the trench of the Death Star!!!

We (boys and I) SW. We went to Celebration III in Indiana with my DS, who dated a former member of the 501st (he was Boba Fett). We've watched all the movies many times, plus we are SO EXCITED for the new Clone Wars to start. We have a house full of SW toys, action figures, legos, games, etc. One year for Mother's Day I got a vacuum cleaner and the lego Millenium Falcon set. (So DH is not a fan, but he does indulge me!)

We saw the exhibit at the Museum of Science Boston several times, plus when we visited CA (DL) I dragged them all to the Dressing a Galaxy exhibit (costumes from SW). I have the SW phone from AT&T. Got it when Episode III came out. It is starting to die and I am seriously depressed about it!!

Ok, I guess that is enough geekiness for now.

Beth

I had that same Star Wars phone when it came out. I ordered a couple of the Star Wars faceplates that you could get for it also. My DD, who doesn't share my enthusiasm for Star Wars, was absolutely mortified by the phone! For the longest time I had "The Imperial Death March" as my ringtone. She was most embarassed when my phone rang! My battery started dying on it last year, so I have since replaced it with a phone that isn't nearly as much fun!

I have the face plates too!!! I have 3 boys, so they (and their friends) think the phone is cool. My mum friends think I'm nuts. I usually use the tie fighter attack ringtone. Scared many people with that one! The battery is going but I can't bring myself to replace..... nice to know there is a fellow SW and WDW fan on the board!!

Hi...another Star Wars fan here!!! I remember waiting in a super long line back in 1977 to see the original!! Anyways, I am married to a super fan as well...he has a room of his own full of collectibles. And our 3 year old son has been a fan since he was about 22 months old!!! In fact, his 3rd birthday party was Star Wars themed...he insisted on it! You guys may have seen my post on the cake I made..R2D2. It turned out really great and my little birthday boy loved it!!!!

I LOVE Star Wars, from the moment I watched 'A New Hope' with my Dad at six years old I was hooked. I must have watched the films hundreds of times over the years and still love them.

The plan was to watch the movies in the true order but they never made it through them all. I wasn't surprised. Jar Jar Binks would turn anyone off. DD is still a big fan even though her friends obviously never will be.
