Big Fish is one of my favorites...our friend is in the movie industry and he worked on this movie and told us about it. I love how the story intertwines!

Some of my favorites have already been mentioned, Memento, Big Fish, The Prestige (I also prefered it over The Illusionist)
I also love Rodrigo Garcia's movies- Things You Can Tell Just By Looking At Her, Ten Tiny Love Stories, 9 Lives.
Also Passion Fish, Lone Star, Casa de los Babys, all by John Sayles.
And how can you forget Kevin Smith-Clerks, Dogma, Chasing Amy ( okay, I can forget Jersey Girl)

My favorite has already been mentioned--Raising Arizona.

I haven't seen Repo Man in ages, but I loved that one too.
