I hope you all enjoy the book. I just finished it and have been suggesting to all of my friends. It is a life changing book with so much impact you will laugh, cry, and wonder why you aren't living life like Dr. Pausch.

Enjoy!!!!

Do you think you can resist reading it until the book club starts?

I may end up starting it tonight! It is really tempting as it is sitting just a few feet away from where I am sitting. If I read it now, I can always reread it in September, right?

No, it is about inspiration and going after your dreams, even if it takes alot of time.

VIcky, glad you like the book.

I'll chime in for this one. I watched the PrimeTime "goodbye" special last night and sobbed my eyes out. I've followed him since The Last Lecture first aired and it was part of what inspired me to return to grad school. In a way, I feel like I'm honoring his lesson and memory when I try to overcome adversities.

I think that is exactly what he wanted. Good for you for going back to grad school! I know it is a HUGE thing to do!

I GOT MY BOOK!

Does everyone who is interested have their book? If so, we can start now! Why wait, right? All interested people give a shout-out if you want to start now, and I'll open up the thread.
