When I was in college we used to play Meatloaf's "Bat outa Hell" album for our road trips.

How about any beatles tunes. I like the ablum One - it has alot of their #1's.
Tweeter and the Monkey Man by the Traveling Wilburys
She's in Love with the Boy - Trisha Yearwood
Me and Charlie Talking - Miranda Lambert
On the Road again - Willie Nelson
Honky Tonk Man and Little Sister by Dwight Yoakam
Courtin' in the Kitchen by Hadrian's Wall (celtic rock stuff)

That's all I can think of at the moment. Hope it helps!
