| Netflix question Has anyone ever returned one of thier own movies to Netflix instead of the one that came in the sleeve? Were you able to get it back?

| I haven't figured out what I sent to them yet, but I did let them know it wasn't the right disk. I think I know which it is, but there are several missing from their cases and I don't know what DD took to the beach with her and until I can get in touch with her, I don't want to tell them the wrong thing.

| I'd at least e-mail them and say you sent them one of your movies by accident. When they receive it, they should know it came from you and therefore know they don't have the right movie. It shouldn't matter which movie it is.

| Here's some information I got. The first person I talked to this morning told me that if they found the DVD they would return it, but I needed to tell them which one so that they could find it (It was received by them yesterday). The second person I talked to, after I had figured out what it was that was sent, told me that since it was a movie that they ship, they would not be able to find it and send it back but that they could give me a $9.99 credit on my account (toward next month's fee). According to her, I will not get my DVD back. The good news was it was a DVD that only cost me $5.00.

| So, does that mean that the next person who gets the DVD in that sleeve gets the wrong DVD? I assume they don't remove the DVDs from the sleeve when they come back. So, when that next person returns the DVD saying it was the wrong one, won't they find your DVD? |

| That's what I would have assumed. Everything is bar-coded, so I thought they'd find the sleeve and pull it out to send back to me. Not sure how they do things now.

| I would think they remove them since they allow you to return two movies in one sleeve if you lose the sleeve. I've done that before and they've said they received both movies.
