| i really want to see this, but DW and i have made a new rule of never seeing a major release the week it comes out. as a general rule, we hate everyone. there's nothing worse than going to a crowded theater and having loud people ruin the experience. after transformers (packed theater, screaming babies, etc), we won't put up with it anymore. i can't wait til they figure out a way to bypass the theater all together and let us watch movies at home sooner than 3-4 months later. our home entertainment system is nicer than the local movie theater. i don't feel like paying $16 to sit in a packed theater and stare at a warped screen while listening to the people in front of us giving a running commentary people just have no theater etiquette anymore.

| Midnight, most definitely! My DH is joining me because if he can do midnight for Lord of the Rings he can do midnight for Harry Potter! The girls will have to wait until the weekend--have to check out the "scarry" factor.

| It's on 7 screens here - all of them sold out. ![]() We were planning on getting there at 11, but I'm thinking we 10:30 might be better.

| Going tomorrow with my friend and on Saturday with DH. Really not psyched about going on opening day, but it is the only day my friend has off that someone can watch her son. Hopefully the crowds won't be too painful!!! ![]() |

| OK Well I just got home from sitting thru all 3 hours of the Harry Potter movie and I am so glad that DH bought our tickets cuz I wouldn't have wasted money on it. It was totally lame and bogus. I am so sad to see such a great book brought to the screen in such a manner. I would rather save my money for spending at WDW than to see HP again.

I just bought our tickets too. We're going to see it at the Omnimax. It's 1st come 1st served seating under the bing dome. I'm hoping we'll see one of our friends working that night. Maybe I can play the pregnancy card and take the elevator early. ![]()
