| Does anyone watch the tv show... Cook Yourself Thin? It's on Lifetime. I love this show. It is about 3 women who take an average person and change there favorite foods so they are less calories. There is also a book out on it. I just bought it today. If you are wanting to lose weight or just change your eatting habits I recommend this show. Here's a link to there website. | I've never seen this show, but I'll definitely look into it. I like the concept - not having to stop eating your favorite things!

| I have not heard of this show, but thanks for the link. Like Molly said, I like the fact that you aren't giving up your favorite foods.
