| I love the show - finally got DH to watch it on Monday, and he found it "amusing". What?!?! Who are you and why are you here?!?!?! I know people like all of them - most within my own family. And since some of those people are often lurkers on these boards, I'll just leave it at that! |

| I love all characters equally. I love how naive, but somewhat street smart Penny is. I love it that Raj can't talk to women unless he's drunk. I love it that Leonard can't really explain things to Penny. I love the fact that Howard Wolowitz lives with his mother, yet he's stuck in a 60's time warp. And I love his outfits, costumes and everyday wear. I love Sheldon for his color between the lines only mentality. I have those needs too. I love the guest stars too, like Christine Baransky as Leonard's mother, and Sheldon's is the sister from Roseanne, and also the daughter plays Leslie Winkle, Sheldon's nemesis. I love how they role play and dress in character. Halloween should be great this year, although I almost wet my pants with the Goth Club tatt sleeves. And I love how I know people like this, especially from the science and technology field. They are some of my dearest friends. Once I explained the Friendship Theorum. |

| I really don't watch that much TV, but BBT is my can't-miss show! I think Sheldon is hysterical because I would have to shoot him if I had to live w/ him. My DH2B can be a bit Sheldonesque - when he gets that way, I call him "Sheldon". My favorite bit last week was when Sheldon sprayed Leonard w/ the water bottle - just b/c I'm trying to teach DH2B how to use one when our dogs misbehave! (He hasn't quite got the hang of it yet.) It's a brilliant show. The writing is so good and the actors have their characters down to a "t". Oh, and did anyone else think Wolowitz actually looked kind of hot in the mascara? (I have a thing for men in make-up.)

| OK, note to self...swallow coffee before reading posts. I don't know why, but the thought of you falling off the treadmill watching Sheldon cracked me up!

| As a mom of a child with aspergers, I really enjoy this show. I think it's funny that most aspergers groups have decided Sheldon (and most of the guys) have aspergers, but the writers deny it. The actor has said that he has become very aware of aspergers from all the fans writing in, and he says if Sheldon doesn't have aspergers, it's amazing how many facets of it Sheldon displays. I was with a few moms last weekend, and a few of us have children with Aspergers, and we were all talking about how much we LOVE Sheldon!

He does very much remind me of someone I know very well with Aspergers who gets teased alot by other kids. I just keep telling the other kids to be nice to him because there is a GOOD shot that the one they are teasing will be their boss some day! The thing I like most about Sheldon is how comfortable he is with himself. Oh, to be like that!

| Another huge fan! I've known many many Sheldons and Leonards in my life time. It is so cathartic because both Sheldon and Penny say a lot of things I would love to say to some people.
