Question Eastwick

Does anyone watch Eastwick? I caught a couple of minutes of it Weds. night on ABC. It kind of looks pretty good. Can someone explain the shows premise? It was pretty funny.

The three main characters shown in your picture above are just realizing that they have some powers. There is a mysterious wealthy man that has moved into town and befriended them. Right now it appears that he had a similar realtionship with three women in the past. Cybil Sheppard's character and the other character named Bun appear to be two of the three women from the past. Not the best description, but it is something. lol My problem is I am always doing something else when I watch tv, so I only half pay attention.

YOu may be able to see if it is on demand.

Is anyone getting hooked on Witches of Eastwick?

Don't get too hooked. Saw today that they are not ordering any more episodes past the orignal 13.

Crap. It's happened again. I get drawn into a show, thinking it's going to go well and be popular and around for a while, and stupid ABC cancels it. I don't think ABC knows what to do with their lineups each year. Still really irked over Invasion and Jericho (that may not be ABC) being cancelled previously.

Yeah, I know that always happens to me. I thought the show was good. They canceled Southland also. I liked that show when I was able to watch it on Friday's. Go figure huh?

Yep, it got canceled earlier this week.

Eastwick Canceled by ABC; Low Ratings to Blame - Associated Content - associatedcontent.com

They've aired 7 episodes so far and will air the final 6 and that will be it. Apparently, they never figured that it would be canceled so the last episode is supposedly not going to really tie up the loose ends, so to speak.
