I thought we watched too much TV in our house, but the list is short.
We regularly watch, or tape:

Amazing Race
Big Bang Theory
The Middle
Harry's Law
Body of Proof

We've been taping Pan Am, but the jury is still out.
I'm waiting for Once Upon a Time, Grimm, and Last Man Standing.

Amazing Race is my one don't-call-me-while-it's-on show. It's hard to tape with football running long -- even when I set the DVR for the show, it tapes the time slot regardless of what's airing.

The ones I can remember from other people's answers are:

CSI: Miami
Terra Nova (still to watch the first episode, so whether we stick with it remains to be seen...)
Hawaii 5-0
House
NCIS: LA
Criminal Minds
CSI
CSI: NY
Bones
Fringe

I think that's everything. Only a couple are back on air in the UK, but hopefully we'll get some more airing in the next few weeks...
