Disney Designer Paralyzed
I just read that WDW Swan and Dolphin designer Michael Graves was recently paralyzed from the waist down due to menengitis. Apparently he thought he had the flu and did not seek treatment until it was too late. Graves has also designed loads of Disney products such as furniture, clocks and kitchen ware.

He's a very well-known architect who has also lent his name to various household utensils as well.
