| Anyone willing to recap the first half hour of AR? I have company and didn't even remember that tonight was AR night until 735pm. I caught the last 25 minutes of the show. Anyone willing to recap the show up to the clowns chucking eels (on the Roadblock)? Yick!!! My fear of snakes kicked in when I saw that!! | Re: Anyone willing to recap the first half hour of AR? Let's see how much I remember - the teams left their pit stop and had to go to the airport (I think in Marseilles) for a flight to Amsterdam. Chip & Reichen asked the models to buy tickets for them since the models were at the front of the line - I think there were 2 different flights with available seats. The engaged couple got out of line in a fit since the models were going to buy tickets for C&R. All of the teams on the first 2 flights got to Amsterdam at basically the same time and had to find a bridge with the route marker. They had to navigate through the canals of Amsterdam in a boat to find the next clue. I think Millie & Chuck were the first ones there because they took a taxi while everyone else took the train. However, they couldn't figure out where they were going in the canals, and ended up arguing and getting lost - then deciding to do the fast forward. They had to find a windmill where they each got strapped to one of the blades (paddles?, I don't know what they're called, the things that spin around) on the windmill and had to spin around on the windmill 10 times before they could get the clue. David & Jeff and the BFGs were the last ones to the Marseilles airport so all of the flights were full. They each took a flight from Marseilles to Paris and had to go from one airport in Paris to another to catch their next flight which both teams missed and ended up on a later flight. The clowns were the first ones to find their way through the canals in Amsterdam and find the clue where they had to choose the poo or the cheese, and from there they went to the eels. The models were fighting with each other the entire time, the NFL wives got really lost in the canals but finally figured it out. The engaged couple was following M&C in the canals until they realized they had no clue where they were going. C&R were also quite lost for a while. I think that was most of it - sorry if I repeated a part you saw, it all kind of runs together in my memory! |
