Need help with Disney books My DD is doing a social science project on the history of Walt Disney World (I trained her well! ). Can you recommend a good book that gives the history of WDW that a 10 year old could use? The only book I have is Walt Disney: An American Original which I think is too heavy a read for her and doesn't give a lot about WDW since Walt died before it opened.Or, if you know of a good website that details some history of WDW that would be great too! Thanks!

Re: Need help with Disney books I have "Walt Disney World: The First Decade". It's a really neat book, but I don't know where can find it. I bought it on Ebay. Plus it only has the first 10 years. I also read the Disney Imagineering book. That's good too. I don't know if they are okay for a child though. Good Lcuk.

Re: Need help with Disney books I have a book in my classroom that is great for 10 year olds (I teach 4th grade). Unfortunately, I'm not going back to school until next Tuesday. I can tell you the author then, if the project can wait that long....

Re: Need help with Disney books The book I used with my class was The Story of Walt Disney, Maker of Magical Worlds by Bernice Selden. The book tells about Walt's home as a little boy and includes the creation of Magic Kingdom. Plus, there is a great timeline in the back. Hope this helps.
