| After 21 years the LA - Boston rivalry has been renewed. In the 80's I was a Magic Johnson fan, so I rooted for the Lakers as long as they were'nt playing my Rockets. Now I'm rooting for the Celtics because their center, Kendrick Perkins, is a local boy Clifton J. Ozen Magnet Highschool Website and I'd love to see the big 3 in Boston all get their 1st rings, especially Paul Pierce. As I type this, Boston is up 1-0 but I think the series will go at least 6 games. So, Who are you pulling for? Barry |

| Celtics! I'm from Boston, and I remember watching the 80s series when I was in high school

| Lakers. As a long time 76er fan, it's hard to root for the Celtics.

| Luke was a Boston Celtics fan when I met him and I've been converted. Go Celtics!

| As an Indiana girl, I've got to go with the Celtics. Plus, come on due those Hollywood stars need anything else to make them feel better than the rest of us.

| I'll root for the Lakers, but I don't like any of the players. I was a die hard Lakers fan in elementary school, but that's when Magic, James Worthy, Byron Scott, A.C. Green and Kareem were playing. Those were the good 'ol days!!!

| I don't follow basketball, but I'll go for the home team. Is it me, or are some sports seasons becoming longer than they used to be?

| So true!! It seems like basketball and hockey go on forever! I'm a fan of both but enough is enough. Why do we need so many best of 5/7 series and only one Superbowl?

| Our household are Celtic fans. That's partly because none of our teams are in the playoffs.
