| Planning ahead for my pick-em thread for the 08 NFL season!! The regular NFL season (not talking pre-season) kicks off Thursday, September 4th. So get your coins ready to flip-I'll be starting the weekly Pick-Em thread a week prior to this game and subsequent games throught the season. You can submit your picks up until midnight on Saturday before Sunday games; midnight on Wednesday prior to Thursday games, and Friday before Saturday games. In case you didn't play last year, the object of the game is to guess who will win a particular game between two teams. Whomever wins the most correct picks at the end of the season will win a small prize from yours truly. So keep your eyes peeled for my first post listing the games to be played on or about August 28th-a week before kickoff on September 4th.

| I'm going to have to try to remember to play! I don't get to watch much American football anymore, but I can at least play the game and try to pick 'em!

| I will be on SLOW internet for much of the season and sort of preoccupied with baby stuff, but I will certainly try to get in here and play when I can.
