| Rain Delay Uggh I hate rain delays. But it's at least the seventh inning. If you had to have a rain delay, when would you prefer it to happen? I would say it depends on the score.  If they are losing? By a large number? Early. Definitely  Actually now that I think about it, early is the way to go.

| After experiencing a 7 hour rain delay (+ the 2 hours we were there prior to that) and spending 12+ hours at Fenway in June 2006, I would opt for a delay after 5 complete innings, when the Red Sox are ahead after which time they call the game a win and we can all leave.
