| Well from what I understand they don't give up the 3 picks unless they trade him to Minnesota. Otherwise it's just a conditional pick (starts as a 4th rounder and goes up the better favre does, only becomes one first rounder if they get to the superbowl) I don't think they will get far in the playoffs because they just aren't as talented as the Patriots, Colts, San Diego, any playoff team for that matter. It's always sad to see an aging veteran change teams when he doesn't know the lights are fading...

| He's better than Chad Pennington. They only lost the 3 first-round picks if they tade him to the Vikings.

| I think you will see that Favre has a lot left in him. I'm not sure why he retired and then unretired...I think he probably realized he still had something left. We have had the pleasure of watching him play for years...most of the time killing our Bears. We are diehard Bears fans except for our youngest son who is a huge Favre fan. As of last night, he became a Chicago Bears fan and a New York Jets fan. He has threatened to have a bonfire with all of his Packer memorabilia, with the exception of his Favre stuff. He has already ordered a Favre Jet jersey. |

| I think the Jets made a wise decision. Favre had a very good year last year and I wasn't sure why he retired unless he wanted to go out on a good year. Chad Pennington was horrible! Just look how bad the Jets did last year. I don't think that they will make it to the Superbowl because you need more than just a good quarterback, but I think that they will do a lot better than last year and who knows maybe they will make it. Stranger things have happened.
