How is it that times posted by Disney for fireworks/parades don't seem to click with closing hours? I've seen times posted for Fantasmic! as 10:30, yet the park closing time is listed as 10p.m.? I noticed the same thing on the September hours of SpectroMagic under the "park hours response" discussion. Do we get an imaginary hour after the parks close to see fireworks or am I truly confused? Help - 8 days left [img]images/icons/shocked.gif[/img]

I've noticed that too and here is what I think regarding Fantasmic!. The park RIDES are officially closed at posted closing time. Some shopping venues are still open for a while after posted closing time in all the parks and I guess they will hold Fantasmic! after official hours in order to offer the 2 needed shows while still not having to pay all the CMs for that extra time. Does that make sense?

I suppose the same thing goes for the parade at MK. -HiddenMickey

Also--
I bet they would hold the Fantasmic? shows at 8:30 and 10:00 if it was dark enough out at 8:30, but I think it will still be too light then ,so they had to schedule the first show at 9:00 for darkness.
