I decided to purchase some disney shirts online and when asked for an address I gave a PO Box. I once ordered something from old navy.com and they used the USPS but I just got an email that said my order was coming to me via FedEx and I was worried. I guess my question is..... Will shipping FedEx to the PO Box be an issue? Has anyone ordered from them who has a PO Box and did you have any problems?
I LOVE Disney and this is just one more reason why. I sent them an email asking them if my PO box was a problem and I recieved an email back 20 min. later. (Talk about prompt) This is what it said:
"Dear Catherine,
We are delighted to have received your recent email and we appreciate
your interest in DisneyShopping.com.
FedEx SmartPost does deliver to P.O. Boxes, there should not be any
problem for delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have
further questions. We look forward to future opportunities to be of
service to you.
I think (but could be WAY off here, this is just the impression I got from having used it in the past) that Fed Ex Smart Post actually delivers all packages (po boxes, or not) to the address' local post office, then it is the mail carrier that actually delivers it to the specific house, so that's why they can accept a PO box when regular Fed Ex can't. Glad it worked out for you!!
