I read the Mouseowners board today that DVC members can stack the special code you get by calling Member Services for $50 off with this code, bringing your cost down to $49 for the Photopass CD.

Not sure but I know I bought mine and it put a credit in my shopping bag under my account. So I am not sure if that disappears after you purchase or an amount of time has elapsed.
