Had this posted under kids...but it may be better here. My wife was considering arranging for our DD to go to the Wonderland Tea Party at GF while I am golfing during our trip in Dec. Do you think she would have enough time to book a Tired Legs treatment at the Spa and be back in time to meet our 5 yr old? How far out can each be booked?

The tea lasts for about an hour, my DD's did this last time and I had tea in the Garden view tea room while they were there. I am not sure how long the tired legs treatment lasts.
Thanks. Tea at the GF sounds like something my wife might like if she can't do the spa thing. I remember reading that the Wonderland Tea Party lasts for 1 hour. Is it a parents stay with the kids until the Tea Party starts and come back 1 hour later? Or is it more like once you check your child in, 15 minutes before the party officially starts and the kiddo gets settled, parents are free to go?
I stayed until they went in, but DD(6) has an egg allergy so I was a little nervous. But I shouldn't have been. Jeff, the chef I had been speaking to, made her her own egg free cupcake so she could decorate it as well and be like her sister (8).
It was relaxing to have tea by myself and I enjoyed it immensly. I got a ressie for when they first opened and I did have to got pick up DD's before I was done, but I told the server what I had to go get them from the wonderland tea and I'd be right back. That was no problem and I just walked across the lobby, picked them up and went right back to finishing my tea. Of course the girls wanted some of my tea, but told them I'd take them some time. Have fun planning
There won't be time for a spa treatment. It's about a 5 minute walk over. That's not a biggie. What is a biggie is that no spa I've ever been to runs exactly on time. It depends on the person doing the treatment (Once waited for the GF Spa employee to GET to work for almost an hour) and it also depends on how long the treatment before lasts.
If you really want to treat your wife (and I'm sure she'd love you for it), then maybe you could go golfing early, and arrange to pick up your DD. OR you could just go golfing while they enjoy tea, and then another time you can spend a few hours with your DD alone while your wife goes to the spa.
