Last night's party was sold out! I know - I was there. We were told by several different cast members at different locations and different times that it was sold out. Isn't that crazy? I was shocked that a Thursday night party in mid-October would sell out, but the truth is that it has been pretty busy around here in general. Wednesday night at MK was mahem! Even the cast members were remarking at the number of guests saying it was near summer crowd levels.
As for the party, the dwarfs are in their own special spot across from the teacups (which has walls around it). They have a cute little backdrop, now, with wheelbarrows full of diamonds! Their princess, however, is in Toontown. That's what happens when girls get married...they leave their friends behind!
Daisy & Donald are out at the entrance to Toontown, at the sign. Daisy is a princess and Donald was a pumpkin. This was the first time I've seen them at the party together for pictures.
If you're going as Tink, Peter is no where to be found. I asked a CM at the Tiana M&G and she checked and said he's not out during the party.
How were the crowd levels at a "sold out" party? We are going to our first MNSSHP on 10/31 which I know is sold out. I'm a little worried about the crowds and I'm hoping we get to do everything we want to!
Thanks for the info - I must admit I'm surprised that the party was sold out. I don't think I've ever known them to sell out that early on...
This was my reaction too... I wonder if more people decided to go later in Oct this year for some reason, as we went in the very beginning of Oct and it was more dead than we've ever seen before.
Wow!! That is pretty amazing. October is a beautiful time to go.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they sell a maximum of 25,000 tix for each party. In comparison to the day before that at MK, the crowds weren't bad at all. The line for the dwarfs was over an hour and Pixie Hollow was at 45 minutes immediately after the party opened. My DH and DFIL sat in our parade viewing spot at 7:15 to secure our favorite viewing spot (which ended up being crazy!). When the parade ended at 8:40 or so, we went straight to our Hallowishes viewing spot which filled up quickly, too. We didn't get to see & do as much as we have in years past. I left with DD after Hallowishes, but the rest of the family closed the park down. They were able to see the second parade, Villains Mix & Mingle, and Donald & Daisy. We didn't want to waste our party time standing in line anymore than we already had spent waiting for the first parade.
We were there that night also. It was crowded but did not seem as bad athe party we attended last year on Halloween. We had some short waits for rides but not too bad. I think since it was only DH and I this year, instead of the 11 of us we had last year, that it really did not seem too bad, I do have to agree with the others that this seemed to be a much more crowded October visit than our previous ones.
