In general how long after Christmas do the decorations stay up? We are thinking of making a trip next year the week after Christmas...first week of January. I know that the Osborne Lights will still be up, but what about at the resorts...I would love to see the GF gingerbread display.
There was a question about the gingerbread house in another forum...the people said that it is usually one of the first things to come down after Christmas. As for the decorations, they said they usually come down around Jan 3.
We were at Disney one year until 3 January and by 2 January, the decorations had started to go. The decorations at the Beach Club and Magic Kingdom were gone by the morning of 3 January, so they do move very quickly with them, although whether they have an order that they remove them in, I don't know.
