Wild Africa Trek - booked!!!
I just got off the phone with WDW tours. I booked Allen and I on the Wild Africa Trek for 8:00 a.m. on June 8!!! I am so excited about this!
I actually called about this a couple of months ago and found out that I had to pay for the tour when I booked. So, I had to do some saving!!!! I was just so happy that I could still get it booked! And early morning too!!! I was worried I would have to take the tour in the middle of the day - and with the heat and humidity in June, I wasn't so sure I would be all that happy about it when I was in the middle of the tour!
This is something new for us! Last June, Carly and I did the Sunrise Safari. But I could not count on doing that, since I am still on the waitlist for club level at AKL.
So, I thought Allen would really enjoy this tour - everything I have read about it sounds so great!
We did a morning tour in late January and loved everything about it. The 'snack' they served was really more like a meal and everything was delicious. The CMs took great photos too. It was just a really terrific experience, start to finish. We plan to take our 12 year old nephew on it in September. I hope you LOVE it!!
Fantastic! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I took an afternoon tour, so I don't know what they serve you at the Boma for breakfast, but go with an appetite! It's sure to be wonderful-- and beautifully served, too.
