Interesting concept. We may need to try this sometime. It likely won't be on our November 2012 trip, but I can see us giving it a go in 2013 or 2014 when DD will be 8 or 9. Great link BTW!
LOVE this challenge and could see us doing it sometime - however, don't believe I can convince the family for our next trip - as it will be a shorter one for us - but next summer we plan to do 2 weeks, so definitely one of those days!!!
I don't have any interest in doing a character challenge. It just seems so rushed. And I'm not sure I'd be fond of the ride challenges either. Too much running back and forth and not enough time enjoying the parks. Its neat that people want to do this, but its not for me.

We didn't rush at all. Never ran once and allowed her to interact all that she desired. Ride challenges are much more rushed though.
Looks like a fun thing to do for those who have plenty of park experience and just want a new way to enjoy the experience.
Thats how we look at it...DS said he wanted to meet people - well ok!!
When I told him about the nice people that got to meet 68 (well after he commented on how Debbie looks like Rapunzel and said she was beautiful (DS is 6))
He said he wanted to do 100!
After planning this - Im thinking of switching days that we do it from May 24 to May 15..... after planning we need to start at MK like they did - that I think is the key to this challenge.. It makes you consider things you never paid attention to before like
"how long will it take to get to Rafiki for 1 character?"
"what is Chip N Dale wearing in MK as opposed to Holly?"
We are having a blast just trying to plan it - I can hardly wait to actually do it.
I looked back at 2010 when his whole mission was to meet people. We met 79 characters that trip- not all unique as far as costume though. The most in 1 day though was 13!
It reminds me how blessed we are - we waited an extra year so we could do more and stay longer this trip and do silly things like spend a whole day hugging characters!
