For me Magic Kingdom! It just wouldn't feel like Disneyworld if I didn't go there.
I did have a day like this - it was a last minute trip to FL visiting family, so with no money saved up, we only did one day at WDW while we were there. Our choice? Magic Kingdom! Epcot is a close second, though.
We did this a few years ago, and both kids actually picked the same park - Studios!! We had a great day, but if it was just me, I'd probably head for Epcot.
If it were just me most definitely Magic Kingdom, I truly feel like a kid again when I'm there . If my husband and son were with me we would probably visit Epcot which would be my second choice.

Hollywood Studios. It's my favorite! Magic Kingdom is a close second.
I truly love the 'feel' of HS. I like to pretend we are really in Hollywood, or walking down the streets of NYC or San Francisco, or witnessing an actual movie shoot. My kids are old enough that this park holds more 'adult' rides and things to do and my husband and I can get an adult beverage if we want. Plus, my favorite 'Mickey' is the Sorcerer.
My husband and I would pick Animal Kingdom, our favorite park of all. But for most people, especially with kids, I would think Magic Kingdom would be the way to get the most Disney bang for the time available. Epcot would also be good, especially at the holidays. My son loves the Studios, so he might actually pick that!

It would be a really tough choice for me between Animal Kingdom and Epcot. I would probably go with Epcot though because it usually has longer hours and if I only had the one day...
I couldn't go to WDW and not visit the Magic Kingdom. There is nothing like the feeling I get when you walk in and first see the castle. It's so amazing! I become a little girl all over again!
