We check in and then check out the room, resort. After, we head to MK just to see the castle and take a ride on the train. Then we go to AKL for dinner at Boma after which we head to DTD for the evening. It's not a "waste of a ticket" for us to do this because we have AP's. If we didn't have AP's the only difference would be no MK on arrival day.

The last two years we have arrived early our room was ready both times so we stopped by the room left our carry on's and headed to a park. This trip we have decided to check in and stay put we plan to eat, check out POR and maybe later in the evening head to DTD (depending on how tired all of us feel) or maybe just stay at resort and rest up for the busy vacation we have planned

I'm exhausted after flying & usually check into the hotel then go to the room to lay down for about an hour. Then we change & hit up an ADR somewhere-this year it will be Le Cellier

Generally, we arrive sometime in the afternoon-evening after having driven for 12 or more hours, so we just relax at the resort, either in the room or at the pool. I think once we got there early enough that we went off to DTD for a bit. But we never go straight to the parks. I like doing that when I'm fresh.

We throw our bags in the room and head to the bus stop to catch the first park bus that comes along. Once in the park we stop at the first Mickey Bar Cart and buy a Mickey Bar!

Since I'm on the west coast my flight doesn't land until about 5:15-5:30 so by the time I get checked in there really isn't time enough to go to a park plus I'm hungry and ready for dinner. My usual routine is to go drop my carry on and anything I don't need from my personal bag off in my room and than head out for dinner which is usually the resort food court. After dinner I go back to my room and unpack and relax with the tv on before looking the recommended parks for the next day before going to bed a bit early.

we get in right around dinner time after travelling all day. So we normally settle into our room, get a shower, and then get acquainted with the resort. After that we get food. Real food.

We usually go to the room, unpack and then depending on time, wither go CS to get a bite if lunchtime, or swim if later, then go to dinner later on at ADR we make ahead, then shope or swim, watch fireworks then bed.

Our only trip so far we child proofed room as best we could. At least the soaps get put out of reach and glass drinking glasses too. Headed to resort food court.to eat than to store to get a few groceries. Unpacked and went to bed.

On future trips we will either check out the resort, swim , or head to dtd since the girls will be older and can help get things ready more.
