I just ordered my photopass CD and a calendar and saved an additional $15 by using a promotional code for the CD at checkout. I wasn't sure it would let me do that since I'd pre-ordered the CD, but sure enough it took off the $15!
Also, photopass now offers a download of your photopass photos instead of waiting for the actual CD to come in the mail. It saves you the shipping cost as well (however I had to pay the additional $5.95 shipping anyway since I also ordered the calendar. )
So, I am now waiting for an email to tell me when my photos will be ready for download. Hopefully, this will work out ok, and I will not regret going with the download option!
