| Kudos to WDW for responding to an \"issue\" I sent an email awhile back about some of the problems we'd had with transportation on our Dec trip w/ DD's stroller-as-wheelchair. I received a call today thanking me for sharing my experience/insight and was told that it had already been copied and sent to the director of transportation as well as the training teams for the CMs who operate the monorail and boats. I'm hoping that some good comes of it and no one else has to deal with rude CMs who won't put down a ramp and the sometimes painful consequences of hefting a stroller/wheelchair without one. | Re: Kudos to WDW for responding to an \"issue\" I sent a letter in November about a really AMAZING cast member at All Star Movies who went above and beyond (she got us a seating for 30 at the Crystal Palace ... and the seating was only 45minutes away from when we went to her in a panic.) I got a call and a follow up letter from WDW thanking me for communicating with them and they told me that they'll use this CM's good work (Her name was Karen H., by the way!) to train others. |
