| clearance at WDW? On the day after a holiday, do they put the holiday merchandise on clearance? I am just curious. TIA!

| Nope. If you find it at a park, it will still cost the same. The Christmas Shop in downtown Disney has Christmas stuff out all year round... A couple of years ago, I bought a halloween hat a couple of weeks after halloween, same price...

| Items that are dated are often put on sale. In December 2005, I got some magnets and t-shirts that had the year on them for half off. HOWEVER, this was at one of the Tommorrowland stores only. All other shops still had it at regular price. Your best bet if you are looking for discount stuff is Disney's Character Premiere at the Orlando Premium Outlets. I am not sure how quickly holiday merchandise will make it over there.  |

| I've rarely seen marked-down items at the WDW/DLR stores. That said, the "dated" items don't generally get marked down for a month or more after the holiday/celebration... For example, we saw 2006 items for sale in February 2007 and the discount wasn't really that big. I guess, guests who didn't pick it up during their Christmas trip will come back and get them later.... Generally, the deeper discounts will be found at the outlet malls for "discontinued" items. The other place to grab stuff is through DisneyOutlet.com: Outlet Eileen

| I believe Disney has a HUGE clearance sale twice a year. It was just this past weekend and then sometime in October. Sadly, I've never been there for it but I heard there is tons of stuff-CHEAP. Lori

| When we were there in Dec.2005, I purchased some Christmas ornaments for 50% off at the WL gift shop. We left on Dec. 22 so it wasn't the day after Christmas.

| I have a found a small section at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe that has a few marked down items. There is also the little shop at DTD that has everything under $10, which sells off some of the dated items.

| In was there Dec 05 too- the 16-22 and everywhere we went, anything that said 2005 on it was 50% off. Also we found a ton of Christmas ornaments 50% off at the Town Exposition Hall in MK.
