| Maria: Just keep on trucking! You've come so far with your goals and your weight loss. You are over half way done with the C25K being at week 7. You have new incentive for new pants and you are going to get to meet a few of us here from the passporter at the race. You have been a motivation to myself so I hope in return this note motivates you to keep up the good work. If it didn't PM so I can do a better job of it.

| Maria: Please dont give up! I think its easy to get down doing this especially if you feel its hard or if you dont feel like running. I think you are doing so great though with the weight loss and running for 2 1/2 miles straight. I mean I cannot do that!! Honestly i cannot run that far yet and that's such an accomplishment for you! I am really looking foward to having you by our side at the race and to meet ya in person because i feel like all of us training have been through a lot so far. I really hope you dont let this talk you out of the race! I have those days and weeks and its hard but i think of you guys training and it keeps me motivated. PM me if you need to talk it out!! ![]()

| Okay....so I did something really stupid yesterday. I locked myself out of my house. My solution was to walk to my mom's office to get the key she has. I left my house at around 3:30 and at 5 I reached her office. On the ride back to my house we measured the distance. It was over 5 miles. Yikes! So I walked 5 miles in Clark sandles yesterday in just 1.5 hours. I thought that was pretty good.

| Way to go Maria on finishing week 7. It will be Saturday before I finish. I ended up doing a day of elliptical instead of treadmill and a day of weights. So I am off my Sun, Tues, Thurs schedule. Crissy 1 your feet doing okay? That was an amazing unexpected walked you accomplished there.

| Maria: Wow, that wasn't the update I was looking for. I hope your pain is down to a minimal(I guess part of that depends if they did it laparoscopic or open). I am sure you are still sleepy from the anesthesia and narcs. Rest easy. On the bright side of this you got out of helping with the move since they won't let you lift for at least two weeks anything over 10 pounds. I will be thinking of you and looking for an update soon. PM if you need anything that I can help with.
