| They performed the sugery yesterday morning and I am feeling pretty good considering. The endometriosis was pretty wise spread and surgery was def the right decision. We got some pretty funny pictures of me with my Belle Chere 5k number pinned to my hospital gown...my brother sent me flowers and the card said "you could have just said you didn't want to run the 5K"...lol. I had laprescopic surgery very tiny incisions... my doctor told me to take it easy for the next couple of days or so but then i could def start my regular routine again...

| OKay so i started week four yesterday and then i had this great idea that I was going to walking lunges with 8 pound weights in each hand....*note to self this is a really bad idea*...needless to say i'm hobbling around today because i pushed myself beyond yesterday.....i will say i thought during my 5 minute runs i was going to pass out but mostly because i hadnt eaten lunch before. It was hard....i'm hoping it gets easier*LOL* Anyway how is everybody???? Where is everyone in training? Okay so i was thinking we should coordinate a PP meet for the 5k run! When where and who is the problem! I was thinking before the race so we can meet up and greet! I know we were all toying with the idea of EPCOT the night before...just let me know who is interested. I know Crissy and I are both interested. Let me know what you guys think...i can pm you my cell if you need it and we can text and keep track once our vacation arrives so that we dont miss out!

| I am in for all opportunities to meet fellow PP. Sounds like most of us have plans for the evening at Epcot on the 26th. Because I believe I saw on Crissy 1&2 they are going to be at San Angel Inn and Maria I think I saw on your PTR that you guys plan on being there that night as well. We have ADR's at Rose and Crown that night as well. That is my vote but then again I am fairly flexible. As far as where I am in my run I am on week 8. Still too hot to run outside so I am doing the treadmill. I left the gym at 9:30 tonight at it was still 94 outside. I know I am going to have to hit outside soon but I think I am going to wait till the first part of Sept. |

| Maria, I am glad that you are recovering well from your surgery. Crissy, What a great accomplishment to have walked so far, especially in the afternoon heat. Everyone is doing so well with their training. It seems like it gets a little easier every day. We will be in EPCOT on the night before the race, too. We have reservations at Coral Reef for 6:20. How cool that everyone was already planning on being at the same park that night? Sounds like a meet and greet was meant to be.

Maria: How awesome for you...sounds like you are coming along...about the tickets i'm not sure but we can buy a ticket if you need us to for ashley...just let us know what we would need to do...we could give it to you the night before in EPCOT..... Tammy: What time are your ADR's? i think they may be a bit later than ours so i was thinking we could meet at the pub for a drink??? such an easy meeting place...i can give you guys my cell and i will keep it on me that night before the meet.... also tammy we will meet you the morning of EPCOT anyway right???? | Our reservation is for 7:30 but I am thinking about changing it to an earlier time. I was in The Backyard and they have a thread for late Sept meet. Looks like they are putting together an Illuminations meet for the 26th at 8:30. How does that work for you ladies? Looks like Princess Sharon, LizardCop, and rescuesk are going to be there as well. I am going to be finishing week 8 this week. I am really surprised on how well I am doing. I contribute it to all of you for the motivation and encouragement. Thanks everyone. Maria/Starla: How are you feeling? How is the move going? |

I'm not quite finished with week 5...i got a stomach virus around tuesday and had to sit it out yesterday and possibly today. I may have to make week 5 into two separate weeks, i guess you cant help when life intrudes on your plans*LOL* Maria: wow only a few days until the big move!!! how ya feeling????
