| Wow, Don't know what happened there, It wouldn't show up then all of a sudden it showed up 3 times. Anyway, how is everyone doing with their training? I can hardly wait for September. This month has been really busy for me and it seems like some weeks it was hard to get my run sqeezed in. I hope now that DS is back in school I can get back on a routine. Does anyone have any more information on the Illuminations meet on the night before the race?

| Maria: I have been wondering about you. I am hoping that the stress is coming to an end very soon. Just wanted you ladies to know they are having a Passporter Illuminations meet and greet on Sept 26th. Place and time to be announced. I figured since we are all already going to be there that it would be a chance to meet some more fellow PP's. I personally have had a lapse this last week. So I need to get back on the wagon. I will restart week 8 this week. Hope all is well with everyone. Crissy One here's hoping your first week of school goes well. Crissy Two hopefully you are over your viral bug. |

| Crissy, Yes I am still hoping to meet everyone in EPCOT!! I read about the Illuminations meet but was unsure of the details. Count me in on what ever is decided. This has been a hard week for me, too. Nathan started school Monday and it is going to take us awhile to get on a new schedule. Crissy, I hope that your transition back to teaching goes smoothly. What grade do you teach?

| Wow i couldnt see everyone's post then all of a sudden today there they all were...its so weird. I wonder what is going on here! Tammy: yes the virus is gone...thank god Dawn: Great! i'm so excited to meet everyone. I'm also in for whatever everyone decides for the meet. I hope you find some balance for your workout and his school schedule. I know its so hard to find that sometimes. With all the traveling we are doing this month its been hard and with being sick. But i'm on week five this week and if i have to stay on week five for another week i'm fine with that. I'm still getting in three workouts a week but it gets depressing because i was doing four. I think i will get to work out this weekend too to play a bit of catch up*L* Maria: i hope the move went well.....i'm sure its so stressfull...just know we are thinking of you! I just spoke with Djcrysi yesterday. She said she is super busy with the start of school.....she teaches second grade Dawn

| Guess whos back ...back again rias back tell a friend... OK enough eminem...I am all moved in...yippy skippy! Went to DTD yesterday we celebrated our move with a beer at Raglan Road and a split order of fish and chips at Cookes of Dublin. Also I started week 8 of C25K ...ran at 6 AM around my apartment complex and it was actually pretty nice not to humid and very breezy. I miss all of you guys! I may have to take someone up on purchasing an extra ticket to the party b/c of my extra guest...we will have to figure out a way for me to get you the $ either through the mail or an exchange at our EPCOT meet. Keep up the good work everyone!

| Maria, I am glad to hear that you are moved in and back to running. Can you let us know what the weather is like around 7 p.m.? I am curious about what to expect for the race. I am hoping that after the sun goes down it cools off alot. Crissy, I am glad to hear that you are feeling better. This month I am having a harder time fitting my runs in, too. I guess that August is a busy month for everyone. Crysi, I think that it is great that you teach 2nd grade. I have alot of respect and admiration for teachers. Nathan is in the 3rd grade. I feel like everytime I run it gets a little easier. I don't have as many aches and pains when I get finished. I still have a hard time running the whole 3.1 miles but I am ok with that. When I first started preparing for the race I was shooting for just finishing the race. I feel like I have accomplished more that what I ever thought I could. When you start out barely able to jog for 2 minutes, you don't have very high expectations. I think everyone is doing so great. Happy Training!

| Dawn: i'm glad you asked maria that she will have to keep us posted on the weather leading up to the race and what to expect! I agree my aches and pains have lessened although i manage to strain a muscle here and there......My runs are easier....my endurance is building and once i get started i find myself not wanting to stop after i hit that "high". I was aiming to run for a few minutes straight and i cant believe what i'm doing now...my next goal is the 8 minutes straight in week five and then on to the 10 then 20......i'm not sure if i can do that but i'll give it my all like you said! what is everyone's ideas about the diet surrounding energy during a run...i have asked a lot of people what i should be eating and i get all kinds of answers...so what do you guys feel gives you the most energy for a better run?

Okay so i did a run yesterday and i ran for 10 minutes for the first time!!!!!!!! it was so awesome...then i ran for 8minutes....then five....then eight....then five.......i alternated..... i'm thinking i may be ready for week 6 now....oh and i finally purchased some moisture wicking shorts and top and i them!!!!so it looks like we will be meeting up with a lot of passporters on the EPCOT night...it should be fun!
